About
Bio: Andrew is an Associate Director at Sackers, the UK’s leading law firm which advises all aspects of the pensions industry. Andrew advises both trustees and employers on a broad spectrum of defined benefit and defined contribution pensions issues. This work ranges from individual, technical queries through to complex projects, some of which running for a number of years.
Andrew has been an active member of the firm’s ED&I committee since January 2021, having organised and been involved in a variety of initiatives. Andrew has supported the committee internally and represented Sackers externally with communications, attendance at events, implementing strategic partnerships and raising awareness around LGBTQ+ issues. He also understands the importance of raising the profile of LGBTQ+ people within the wider industry and is a member of external network O:Pen, an inclusive organisation celebrating LGBT+ diversity and inclusion in the pensions industry.
