Bio: Paul is a Senior Vice President and Director at Franklin Templeton. The firm is a US headquartered asset management company with approx. 9,000 employees globally and circa 350 employees across its three UK sites.
With over 30 years' experience within financial services, Paul heads Franklin Templeton's International Shareholder Service Group with responsibility for service and operations in 15 locations worldwide.
Paul is also Franklin Templeton's UK Diversity and Inclusion Champion. He has presented at many Franklin Templeton sites globally on topics related to diversity and inclusion. He is also Co-Executive Sponsor of Pride@FTI, Franklin Templeton's LGBT+ Business Resource Group, and a member of Franklin Templeton's Diversity and Inclusion Executive Committee.
Franklin Templeton has been a proud member of Stonewall in the UK for a number of years, increasing its ranking in the organization's Workplace Equality Index year on year.

Paul lives in Sussex with Colin, his civil partner of 30 years, and their two dogs Monty and Milo. Paul and Colin enjoy frequent visits to the theatre and Paul is often found cheering on his other great love, Arsenal FC.
