LGBT Great is delighted to announce te appointment of Nicola Barber as Finance and Operations Director. Nicola’s pronouns are she/hers. Nicola joins LGBT Great at a pivotal time in our growth and brings with her a wealth of experience across a range of organisations. As part of the leadership team, Nicola will oversee financial growth and will act as a key contact for member and partnership organisations. Nicola is passionate about supporting others, equality for all, supporting the homeless and is also a treasurer for the local church. Nicola is a proud Mum to two children and a little dog called Mabel.
About Nicola Barber – She/Her
Nicola is an FCCA qualified accountant and a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. Nicolas brings a wealth of financial management, analysis and planning experience drawn from both private practice and across different industries. Nicola has held senior financial leadership roles at organisations such as Venetian FM, and the software providers Infor and Mercury Interactive. Nicola is excited to join LGBT Great and The Ocean Partnership to help achieve new growth and empower under-represented talent communities.
