About
Bio: Brad is the global head of LGBTQ+ Affairs at JPMorgan Chase. With over 30 years of industry and leadership experience, Brad established and built-out JPMorgan Chase’s Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs, a first of its kind business unit dedicated to driving equity and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community.
Throughout his career, Brad has led efforts to solve large, complex problems, deliver solutions and transform and optimize processes, functions and systems. Brad began his career at Accenture, after graduating college. In 1993, Brad joined JPMorgan Chase, where, he’s held transformative roles in Corporate Finance, Asset & Wealth Management and Consumer & Community Banking.
Brad came out as a gay man at work 10 years into his professional career. The way he was accepted and embraced by his colleagues motivated Brad to pay it forward to others seeking the same sense of acceptance and belonging at work. Brad became deeply involved with the firm’s LGBTQ+ agenda, becoming one of the first leaders of the firm’s PRIDE Business Resource Group (BRG) 25 years ago. Having been engaged in JPMorgan Chase’s LGBTQ+ community and leadership team since the beginning, Brad unofficially “interviewed” for his current role throughout his career. The mission of Brad’s team is to be best-in-class for JPMorgan Chase’s employees, clients, business partners and across their global communities.

Externally, Brad also helped launch and lead OPEN Finance, a NY-based network LGBTQ+ leaders working in financial services, who drive LGBTQ+ equity and inclusion across the finance industry.
Outside of work, Brad, his husband and their German Shepherd, live in New York. They love spending time with their families (in the US and Brazil), traveling, and scuba diving whenever possible."
