About
Bio: Dan is a Data Analyst at Schroders, working specifically in Sustainable Investment and the firm’s proprietary ESG Models.
He became Chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ network SchOUT in 2022 to further uphold and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As Chair, Dan has led the network in fostering a welcoming community for LGBTQ+ employees, driving conversations on active allyship within the company, and consulting on inclusive LGBTQ+ policy. Dan believes that companies have a responsibility to demonstrate equality not only for their workforce but also in wider society – especially in the investment industry.
Dan completed a Master’s in Physics at the University of Exeter, and abroad at the University of Wollongong in Australia.
Outside of his responsibilities at Schroders, Dan spends time bouldering, playing video games, and tending to his houseplants.
