Nicola is an experienced finance person with 30+years knowledge gained form global corporates and SME’s in a wide range of industries and locations around the world, having jumped into the working life from school and training on the job instead of going to university.

She leads the finance and operations function of LGBT Great and our sister company The Ocean Partnership. 

Nicola is a single mum to 2 teenage children together with a menagerie of pets to keep her on her toes.
