Clare is an experienced finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the organisational running of businesses. Clare is the Founder and Managing Director of The Ocean Partnership and LGBT Great. She leads a team of recruitment professionals who partner with financial services organisations in attracting diverse talent for the sister brand to LGBT Great, The Ocean Partnership.

Clare enjoys the balance of running businesses and is a proud Mum to her daughter. Clare did not go to university, is from a sole parent family and from a lower social economic background.
