China is a third-year student at The University of Bath studying a BsC in Criminology, and currently completing a year in industry. Most recently, China lived in Malaysia, teaching refugees English and Art, working closely with Soroptimist International, a global women's rights charity, based in Damansara. China is from a lower socio-economic background and was the first to go to University in her family. 

From being an U-20s England rugby player and part of the LGBT+ community, China has seen first-hand the importance of DE&I in a sporting context. She has been directly involved in empowering women across sports through individual coaching and mentoring. China is excited at the prospect of now exploring similar issues within a corporate/financial services context, and will be supporting the LGBT Great team with a variety of projects focusing on marketing, events, and content creation.
